Well, to put it simply, blkredstar ran into issues with it. Those issues made him decide not to release a broken build. No pun intended. I'm fairly certain he's got it worked out so I believe it'll pop with the next release which should be coming real soon.

I'm Unable to Flash the zip its gives me an error "E:Error executing update binary in zip '/external_sd/BrokenOS/Broken-v3.9LASTLP-d2att-5.1.1-OFFICIAL-20151010.zip"
i'm using the latest TWRP for the GT-I9300 (v2.8.6.1).
Edit: My bad didn't notice this was for the "AT&T" variant of the S3.
